You can set all these up in our back office system QBIS which we can help get you started with when you are ready. In QBIS, you can enter all your client information in detail, both personal and corporate. In fact, I think you will find that you can run the entire organisation of your business using QBIS. You can set up events, cases, projects, to-do's, meetings etc. If a client is set up in QBIS, with their phone numbers, then their details will "screen pop" when they call. This makes it much easier for us to give a more personal service to each and every one of your clients.
Tell us about all your corporate callers. Are they a supplier/client/prospect company (and the individuals who work for them), who they are and what they do.
Tell us about any individuals who may call you, and if they are business contacts or social (friends, family, etc).
If you have a set of questions that you are asked many times then please let us know the answers so that we can avoid wasting your time with them.
Other than yourself, please give us the names and roles of key staff that people might ask for. It is very important that you fill out as much of this information as possible. You can also add more contacts after you have created your account.
